1. Eligibility:

* Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

* This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Fees:

* Participants may enter by purchasing tickets at the following rates:

* 1 ticket for $10

* 2 tickets for $20

* 3 tickets for $25

* Tickets may be purchased for the participant or for a loved one.

3. Sweepstakes Period:

* The sweepstakes begins on August 15, 2025 and ends when $6,500 in total entries have been collected or September 15, 2025, whichever comes first.

* The winner will be announced within 7 days of the sweepstakes closing.

4. Winner Selection:

* A winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

* Winner will be notified by email or phone. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.

5. Prize Details:

* The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

* The winner will receive the Nerve Reviver program valued at $6,500.

* Shipping and handling are included for U.S. residents.

6. Publicity:

* By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, photo, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
